Pryce Jones Enterprises Pty. Ltd. is a family business that was established by Terry Jones during the 1980's. the company now spans two Jones generations. Our Directors have extensive experience in hospitality and education. They have worked in hospitality, trained overseas students and have consulted with large hospitality training organisations.

Lyndsey Jones

Lyndsey is the Managing Director of Pryce Jones Pty Ltd and she has extensive experience in hospitality and training. Lyndsey trained at Regency Hotel School and the International College of Hotel Management, continuing her training overseas at the Savoy Hotel in London.   She later traveled and worked in the Middle East. Lyndsey returned to South Australia, working with her father Terry Jones and later at Le Cordon Bleu.

Lyndsey now consults in hospitality student services and manages our education portal content.

Brian Mooney MEd

Brian has been associated with Pryce Jones as a consultant for 3 years. He has assisted with website development and is now the Director who manages the Hospitality Education Network project. Brian lectured at Regency Hotel School and ICHM in the mid 1990's. He then worked for Le Cordon Bleu as the eBusiness Manager. Brian has studied education and technology and traveled to the US, Canada, UK and Paris.

Current Projects
Hotel Graduate Careers web site allows hospitality school students to access information about future careers in the industry. Our Hotel Graduate Network provides tools and information that promote networking in the hospitality trade to further hospitality careers. We are also developing a new Hotel Education Network for prospective hospitality students.
